Meet our core team The initiative Power Hub Zug was born from the experience of the volunteering activities provided by the members of the core group since the beginning of the war in Ukraine in February 2022. After several months of engagement for Ukrainian refugees in the canton, we started to realize how huge this task was and how important it was to concentrate on the topic where we could achieve the biggest impact.

Support our initiative We are not an officially recognized association but a group of like-minded individuals who cannot stay silent and passive looking at what is happening in the world currently. We find the motivation to continue with our project in the words of Greta Thunberg: You are never too small to make a difference. About Power Hub Zug is a group of volunteers and the name of our pilot project we started in May 2022, envisioned to grow into a long-term activity. The core idea of our initiative is described by the saying of Confucius: Give a bowl of rice to a man and you will feed him for a day. Teach him how to grow his own rice and you will save his life.
