Power Hub Zug is a group of volunteers and the name of our pilot project we started in May 2022, envisioned to grow into a long-term activity.

The core idea of our initiative is described by the saying of Confucius:

Give a bowl of rice to a man and you will feed him for a day. Teach him how to grow his own rice and you will save his life.

We see our mission in facilitation of financial independence and integration of Ukrainian war migrants by providing them with the enablement for a successful job search in Switzerland.

Power Hub Zug is a mentoring program built on a peer-to-peer principle. Each of our mentors, engaged on a volunteering basis, is working face to face with an assigned Ukrainian participant providing him/her with the necessary knowledge around the application process and supporting with the ongoing job search.
